Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:

You must book within 45 days after purchase. There are no refunds under any circumstances unless Kacy is unable to fulfill or perform the reading due to emergencies or illness. Our cancellation policy is that if you don't show for your session it is automatically forfeited. Kacy will wait approximately 5-10 minutes on the call due to technical difficulties that may arise, but the session is forfeited if you are over 5-10 min late.
